From the time I walked in the door, greeted by very nice, very welcoming staff. I was impressed. Very clean and I can tell they take great care of the residents/patients here. If you are looking for your loved one, look no further then Brittany House.

Great staff and a positive experience

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is bright and airy. Pricing is fair and easy to understand. Overall it was a positive experience to work with and a good place for my dad. I would recommend ActivCare at Brittany House to others.

Our 2nd Experience with an Assisted Living Facility

When we first visited Brittany House we were shown this nice room where the Uncle would be located up front but upon checking in we find his room would be in the very back. Sort of bait and switch. Wasn't pleased that after labeling the clothes and blankets sheets etc. After two weeks his bed linen would not be his. Just random free for all.

We showed up for our tour and they did not have anything on file that we were coming, so we did not get to actually see the facility. In terms of the director though, she was awesome. She sat down with us and was so kind and gave us a lot of information that was incredibly helpful for our situation.

Would recommend this community

Our loved one would participate in some of the activities they offered like their word games. We thought they were appropriate for that age range. When i first walked in and saw this community, we new right there this was the correct place for our loved one. It had a very warm feeling to it, and the rooms were bright with nice furniture. It just looked really clean.
