PositiveBrittany House is bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

CriticalThe facility management is horrible! They only seem to care about getting new residents. The staffing is always minimal. My mom is in an area where there are approximately 15-20 residents, and they feel only 2 caregivers are enough. At times they might only have 1 caregiver. Multiple residents are either bed bound or need extra help, thus during feeding times there are simply not enough caregivers to help all residents. If something happens, then all the other residents go neglected. . I often see caregivers on t…

PositiveOur experience was good over all, they listened and responded to requests about mom's care and comfort especially with hospice. After mom passed, they told us take what ever you wish to keep and said just leave anything you don't want, not having to deal with all that after losing a loved one was huge. [name removed] the executive director was great with everything. Both places we used through A place For Mom were great.
★★★★★
PositiveWe like Brittany House...it's always clean and my mom seems happy there. I do have one critique and that is that we're never really sure what time her meals will be. Lunch comes anytime between 12 and 1:30. My mom always wants me to share her food if I am there with her so I try not to be at meal time so that she will eat all her food.
★★★★★
CriticalI would not recommend to any family seeking memory care assistance.
★★★★★
PositiveWe like everything about Brittney House though we wish they had more staff but that's an industry problem more than just Brittney House, staff is friendly and capable. It's very we maintained and clean.
