Broadview Assisted Living

Positive experience.

I love working with everyone there. It's a good place for my elderly folks. I would recommend to others.

Highly recommend

Staff is very caring, and full of nice surprises for the residents. As far as the food goes. I guess they have spoken with the current kitchen crew and some of the menu has started to change for the better.

A great place for loved ones.

My mother received excellent friendly care. They had great communication with me as her health care proxy. The premises were always very clean. They got her interested in going to the dining hall for meals and had her participating in activities, which is great because she was never much of a "joiner". We both had a great experience with Broadview. I highly recommend.

Broadview Assisted Living was nice. It had a very homey feeling to it. The didn't allow pets and that was a huge disadvantage for my loved one and family.

Disappointed

The layout of the memory care facility is difficult to navigate and just their lack of activities and any type of stimulation is very sad for my loved one who is here. I do not think that Broadview is a good fit for those who need memory care.

Our loved one is actually moving in here shortly to the assisted living side to really get that socialization. Our loved one also knows a lot of the people there and is very familiar with the location.
