CriticalIncreasing costs
No incentive to keep costs down because when the money runs out, the resident has to be moved out. It's just a general feeling that it's easy to find something to increase costs (which I believe is expensive to begin with), but, difficult to reset back to baseline.

PositiveI had the opportunity to visit this facility last week. I was impressed with the ample parking and overall cleanliness of the grounds and facility. We were welcomed by the staff and our tour was very informative. We were not rushed through or made to feel that we were causing any backup of people's time. Very friendly administration staff, nursing care, and maintenence department. Overall very pleased with this facility. Hoping my family will be able to make a clear decision on placement into memory care soon.

PositiveI highly recommend!
For me the staff and nursing staff in the memory care unit is what made it such a positive experience. My mom had a couple incidents they were right on top of. They take good care of people in memory care. I wish my mother could have experienced the other section with the dining hall. The community of residents was very nice there.

PositiveReview for Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings
The room size is great. My mom has a 3 room unit. The food is just like a restaurant - choose off of a menu with 2 specials each meal. All meals are made to order. The staff is amazing-always, friendly, helpful and understanding. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone busy and entertained.
