Id have to give them a 5 across the board. We are very happy with them. Mostly the core people seem to care. I see that they are a bit under staffed and bring in a bunch of random temps, but the core people are super friendly and are treating my Mom great.

Make sure you know what you are paying for get a detailed list of what's in the different care levels and charges lots of hidden fees or unknowns. Going to visit let your guests know you're coming so they can have somebody waiting there to let you in sometimes you might be waiting 10 to 20 minutes to be left in the building experienced waiting 25 minutes to be let out. They seem to be kind of understaffed right now. All the workers are very kind and the place is clean. Food qualities could be improved, but overall …
