★★★★★
PositiveI would say they are doing a great job for [name removed]. I would recommend them as caregivers.
★★★★★
PositiveLovely well thought out design for the facility. Very clean and smelled good throughout. The admission/marketing director [name removed] was very helpful and informative and was honest about what to expect the first few weeks for the dementia resident. I especially love the aviary display and enjoy watching the birds with my Dad who has been admitted there now for almost 2 weeks. Staff is kind and caring and my Dad is being well cared for.
★★★★★
PositiveI like the combination of custodial care and personal medical attention for Ann. Occasional updates by phone have been very reassuring. I would recommend them to others based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff are excellent, very attentive and caring. Seems to be a lot of activities for residents. The food is per my mom ok, the few times i have been there it has been a little bland. . It always clean, great staff and all around good experience.
★★★★★
Positiveoverall she receives good care from the aids and nurses. The food however is bad. It changed shortly after she went there and since then the menu often has a lot of items that she nor the other ladies she eats with even know what it is. When she does find something it is mostly served cold, dry. When she first went there I would have dinner with her. Since it changed I refuse to eat there and often take her food from outside. Its bad and she complains incessantly.
★★★★★
PositiveI think staff is very friendly and accommodating and caring. Caring for my mother was challenging in the 14 weeks she spent at The Gables before passing. We were able to make the most of our time with her while she was getting the care she needed.
