Best of all, the delivery service is free of charge. Living Arrangements There are nine pet-friendly apartments to choose from, based on your unique needs and preferences. Each space includes plush wall-to-wall carpeting, plenty of natural light, and closet space for your treasures. The spaces range from 288 to 427 square feet, and residents can choose between a private or shared residence, as well. Care Types Offered Brookdale Arvada is an assisted living residence , which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
