The staff was great. The room size is great, and no complaints on food. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

PositiveMy brother and I visited Brookdale while trying to figure out our mother's care and needs. Her condition deteriorated rapidly after the visit so we kept her at home on hospice. Brookdale is a lovely facility that I would recommend to anyone interested in assisted living.

Close and convenient. Lovely facility. We found that the administrative staff really didn't seem to know [name removed]'s progress or what OT/PT was doing, which needed to be communicated to the care team.

We had a very bad experience during a norovirus outbreak and the administration never returned our calls. Also, they misplaced all of her hospice things (meds etc) and the "night" nurse was extremely rude and hostile.

My Dad move into the assisted living unit there and has since moved on to memory care. He is happy there. I feel like it's a nice facility but just understaffed as many are. I would recommend to others. I feel like Brookdale truly cares about it's residents
