A very hospitable facility. Director and other members of the staff welcomed and visited with us. They welcomed our questions, provided us with candid responses, shared with us a lunch that was being provided to residents at the time and led us on an insightful tour.

The staff has been very loving and helpful and made my aunt feel so welcome. The room is a nice size with big bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with grab bars which are great for the ease of the client to use. The facility is welcoming and clean.

No, I can't recommend it. Poor follow up, and poor quality of care. The charges were astronomical and out of control and they were charging for things that were not happening such as incontinence when she had only had one accident one time but they were charging us monthly. The bureaucracy meant that they were more concerned about the bottom line than about patient care. And the quality of staff was poor but were very nice people. My mother was falling in the cracks.

I like mist that it is small and quiet. They could improve on more variety with the food. Also more staff needed to help explain things to the new patients.

Lovely small community. People seemed to be happy and well taken care of. Loved the outside porches. We went at lunchtime. The food looked and smelled good. Rooms were bigger than I expected. Left with lots of information. They are in the top of my list.

Brookdale Overlook a wonderful home for your family member.

Overall very happy with staff and facility. Treated my father like he was family! I would recommend to others, very caring environment for your family member.
