★★★★★
PositiveMy husband really liked it there. Most of the staff was very helpful and caring with a few exceptions. You do get a lot of attention when you first move in. Harder to get a hold of admin after that. He really liked the PT people there and other residents were welcoming. Lots of things to do and the long carpeted hallways were good for walking. He was only there for 6 weeks before ending up in hospital and then a nursing home. He passed away in [Date Removed], but Harmony was one of his more enjoyable experiences.
★★★★★
PositiveActive, friendly and NICE! My mother would have enjoyed it there. We found a place closer to our home.
★★★★★
PositiveThis was my first visit to an age-in-place facility so I did not have others to compare it to. The facility was attractive and there was a nice little village at the bottom of the drive for shopping and restaurants. The drive was very steep and it didn't seem conducive to walking. Everyone was very nice but I am not ready to pay so much a month for services I may need in the future but do not need yet. It would take all my monthly disposable income.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall great - Except for the dining/meals which is subpar. Staff is great and apartment size is appropriate.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were very informative and welcoming. Lots of activities and people to interact with for the residents. The grounds had lots of places to go for independent living and a courtyard for memory care residents.
★★★★★
CriticalHarmony at Reynolds Mountain was a horrible experience. I had to report them to the state on several occasions, and mom is no longer living there. She received terrible care, meds were mismanaged, and the staff was unresponsive at every level.
