Basically the care, staff, food, activities etc. are all rated 5. I would recommend anyone looking for assisted living care for their loved one, this place is excellent. Everyone is treated like a family member. Not just the residents, their family as well!

Overall a 4 in comparison to other places. Staff is very sweet to the residents. Home- like atmosphere. As with all Healthcare, staffing at times is short. But not as bad as some other places we've experienced. Yes definitely recommend for focused memory care

My meeting with John was great, he was very friendly, very caring, very compassionate, and willing to help any way he could. He was just an overall great guy.

Facility shows compassion for all residents, very warm and inviting

The staff is wonderful will every resident regardless of what stage they may be with dementia. Facility is extremely clean and offers a welcoming home setting. Restaurant seating during meals. They do offer a private dining room for personal dinners with family

[name removed] was easy to talk with. He was a great listener. He understands what you're going through. I believe it would have been a great fit for my husband. However, it came down to finance as it usually does.

Our experience with Brookdale

Overall 4- just because like all of Healthcare they are short staffed. All the workers are patient and kind. Room is nice. Basic but my mom does not need more that that. She seems to like the food. Activities listed on calendar are not always correct.
