We would rate a 0. We never went to the facility. The physician stated [removed name] needed memory care. They stated they could enter her on their facility based on their assessment. Then sent me a bill for 8 k and 3 weeks later 11k. The physician's stated they had no authority to enter into an agreement that did not offer memory care to which [removed name] does not have the capacity to sign for and I do not have legal authority to sign for.
