Nice facility

They have personnel who can help her if she falls, and they check on her at least 3 times a day.

It is clean, quiet, and attractive. The room is rather small, but adequate. The people who work there seem friendly and competent. It looks like a nice place to live.

great facility - awesome staff

Brookdale was very accommodating during an emergency situation and we found that to be very helpful and much appreciated. The facility has a very broad spectrum of residents and different care levels which is one reason we chose this community.

My tour at Brookdale Bartlesville North was good. A more peripheral relative of mine had a positive experience there previously. I have nothing bad to say about them. It's a great place. The people there were really friendly. I actually liked them better than the people at the community we chose. They just seemed more compatible to my personality. But it was up to my dad to choose.

Horrible place

If u care about your family member please don't put them here! Horrible management doesn't care about anything (including the residents) but themselves. Never enough help residents are not taking care of as the should be!

Accommodating staff

We chose Brookdale Bartlesville because they just seemed more flexible in meeting her needs than some of the other places that we looked into. She was in one of the smaller rooms but it was adequate for her. She never had any complaints about the food. The best part about the community is the staff members, they were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and gave us their personal cell phone numbers if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend.
