Brookdale Brushy Creek

[name removed] asked me so many questions about the loved one I was looking to place in senior living, to get a feel about her. All staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. I adore the central garden and know my grandmother in law will feel at home there!

Positive Family Experience

The main staff members are very supportive and advocate for the residents. The place is very clean. The activities are well run and appropriate. The residents are able to go out on the bus to go shopping. The area is safe. The building has good security. The food was questionable, but the director took the initiative to listen to the residents and when possible made the necessary changes (menu ideas, new cook). We've been very pleased with Brookdale Brushy Creek.

It’s very bright with wide halls & some seating. I toured the 1-bedroom which is very small. I don’t think the living room furniture I’d want to bring would fit. My furniture is not oversized. Also - there is no door between the living room & bedroom — just a wide cased opening. The staff & residents were very pleasant; they have many activities you could participate in.

Caring team of professionals, facility was clean and an attractive one story building, dining room food was delicious. Base cost was lower than most facilities, but some care items would be billed separately.

My mother just moved into Brushy Creek, and she is so happy! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome and comfortable! All of the staff was willing to take their time to answer my questions, both on the phone, and in person. We got a tour, my mom was able to eat lunch there, and all of the staff was extremely friendly! Everytime we came to bring some of her stuff, everyone kept asking how soon she was coming. My mom is a very social person, and she really likes the interactions she's getting at Brookd…
