PositiveFriendly staff and clean
I wish my sister-in-law had not done what she did! I would want to be there if it came my time to get help. It was clean and the meals looked good and the people working there was friendly.

PositiveThe staff at Viva is great! The activities seem to keep the residents happy most of the time. Food could be better, I understand that they need to feed multiple people at one time but the menu could be better. Both of our parents live there together. We made sure there were a number of men there before we committed to this facility to make sure dad would have other men to relate to.

PositiveThe staff is amazing at what they do. The management staff goes over and beyond to ensure the residents are taken care of. Their passion and hearts for the community shows in everything they do. We love to visit with the residents and are always welcomed with open arms.

PositiveWhat we like the most about Viva Senior Living is definitely the people the employees there are very caring very considerate. I had also a lot of fun. None of the residents say they like the food, though that could be improved. When I went to viva, there were people out in the general area playing games I got introduced to a couple of the nurses, physical therapy guy and even the maintenance guy. They were all out and doing things. It just seem much friendlier.

PositiveI can't think of anything to complain about. It's a nice modern building. Moving her in was easy. Great Staff, would recommend.

CriticalMy loved one was a resident at Viva Senior Living at Easley. The facility was great when she initially moved in because she needed help following a broken bone, but as she became more independent, it became increasingly difficult to justify the cost. She also never liked the food.
