They are so friendly and welcoming! I haven't met any staff that aren't positive and kind. My parents and grandmother are all thriving there . My grandmother wasn't real happy with the food .. but I personally haven't eaten there and she is a little picky

Overall Pleased

The facility is older and is in need of upgrades. But the friendliness and cooperation of staff with residents is excellent. Flavor and variety are quite good. But too much soft white flour items, not whole grains available. Also, food is often not warm, and certainly not hot.

Property is dated and due for major renovation. The rooms that are supposed to be for independent living do not have full kitchen or washer/dryer.

Friendly Staff

A mixed bag, mostly good. Staff and residents very friendly, very nice, staff very helpful. Food is very good, and a good variety. Apartment size is good for me. Wear and tear on the apartment is evident, but livable. Plumbing is a problem. Bathroom drain leaked, but they have repaired that. No hot water. they have called in for a plumber, they tell me.

Aside from the food issues I'm glad my family is there. I feel like they are safe and well-cared for.

Staff are generally great nice and caring. One issue is being fully staffed, never fully staffed. But most people have been there for awhile and are good at their job. Not enough staff can cause delays in some care activities. The facility is really nice. Pretty property. They have a covered rooftop patio and use it for events when the weather is nice. The director of the facility was especially helpful. When it came to dealing with a difficult family member. My loved one was only there for a short time but I would recommend them to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.
