[Name Removed] in the marketing department is a gem. She really connected with my dad. All of the employees learned his name in just a few days, and say hi and smile every time they see him. I'm sure they are fine for most people. He just has an interest in a few of the activities, but doesn't make an effort to take part in many of them, hopefully that will change over time. He did go to the ice cream social and said the room was too small for the number of people who showed up.

Legacy House was wonderful! The admin staff was kind and always very helpful. The facility was beautiful and so very affordable. The food was always delicious and my mom loved all the activities, they made her last 5 months of life wonderful. She would always tell me she was so happy. I hope you find this helpful.

The staff is friendly and apartment size fits the needs of my mom. There are different layouts to choose from. They do have many activities for the residents should they choose to participate.

CriticalI was flooded after touring this beautiful community to learned the leadership style that lead to so many move outs , staff turn over. I was pulled in and shared by residents and staff that the E. D is just horrific to deal with. I did some research and I was also sad to learn about the neglect in memory care due to the clinical leadership. I am so glad I won't be moving my clients and their family members in.
