Its cost and location were deciding factors for us. My mother is not unhappy. Guess it depends on the family's needs. Most of the staff are well meaning but my mother is not demanding so her care is spotty to nonexistent. Things like schedules for laundry, showers and sheet changing are unreliable and inconsistent. It's not the worst place and it is in our budget. The administrators talk a big game.
