My mom had a stroke in the spring of 2024. And as my sister and I decided where she needed to be as she required 24/7 hour care, A Place For Mom recommended Brookdale Claremore. When I spoke with the staff and the nursing staff, they not only answered my questions, but really got to the heart of what we were looking for. She has been there since June of last year, and it makes almost a year, they are professional and update us with any emergencies or concerns. They are kind and caring and really love and take care …

The people were so friendly and so helpful. We had a family emergency and had to act fast to help us move in. They helped arrange things, including communicating with doctors for us for medicines. Always very professional but kind at the same time. Minor issue but important was that door security was always done properly. Felt secure that my love one was there.
