Our family's experience

I've been pleased with the care my dad is receiving at Canoe Brook Catoosa. The memory care wing is clean and inviting. The dining room is always clean and my dad likes the food. There are frequent activities available, but my dad won't participate. There have been a couple of times when his room has smelled bad and been messy, but it's usually fine. He's on Hospice care and they come out a couple times a week to shower him and check his vitals. The staff call me anytime he's had a fall and I appreciate that. I…

Helpful, friendly staff.

She loves it. They assist her and have a doctor come in to see the residents. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. They put out a real effort to help the residents. They have their best interests in mind. As far as the food goes, my sister who is there says there is too much pepper and not a lot of flavor to the meals.

My loved one is currently a resident at Canoe Brook Assisted Living Catoosa and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The staff is great and they care about their residents, they are involved with them. Communication with the family is great. The charge nurse responds back to me immediately. They use their pharmacy and refill my loved one's prescriptions when needed. I would recommend Canoe Brook Assisted Living Catoosa to others.

Canoe Brook Review

My mom is living there and loves it. She was afraid to go but glad she did. She has made friends, and likes everyone who works there they are very friendly staff. She like the food, and activities. Over all she loves it there. If you have a problem the staff is on top of it. The only problem I can see is they can clean and mop and vacuum residents rooms more often and I was told they don't wash other people clothes together but they do. Everyone wearing others clothes
