Staffs communication. Cleanliness of facility. Staff kindness including kitchen staff making sure meals are available for all resident in room or in dining area. I would recommend

I enjoyed meeting with [name removed]. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the facility. The facility itself was nice. I especially appreciated the outdoor area and the small size of the memory care unit.. the rooms were a little smaller than what I’ve seen in other facilities, but they were adequate.

Small, friendly, knowledgeable. Would feel comfortable having a loved one cared for at this facility.

We have no complaints about Brookdale. My mother really likes it there. I would recommend Brookdale. Great activities director. My mother loves Bible study and worship every day on the television. Lots of coloring and seasonal crafts and events. Mom sat on Santa's lap for a picture during Christmas activities last year. I gave a 4 because there is always room for improvement. We have no complaints.

What we like the most about the community is the staff, residents, and general activities. There are a lot of good people there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience.
