PositiveThe director and receptionist were my initial interactions and were both friendly and helpful. As I was walking in, some residents were being loaded into the bus and I saw the staff treat them with care and respect. I also liked that they were taking them on an outing. CriticalThis facility is dishonest. They took [removed] dollars in fees and rent for the first month. Kicked my mom out in less than 30 days and did not refund me any of the money. Now they will not even return my phone call. This place came recommended by your organization. Shame on both of you!

CriticalDad was admitted to Conway early March. A month later, he complained of great pain. Mom told Conway’s nurse but was unsure if she was taken seriously. Next day Conway sent Dad to hospital. He was so constipated that doctors moved him to ICU to pump him out. His blood pressure was low; he was dehydrated and he had a severe UTI. An ICU doctor told us to consider palliative care. Yet, just 3 months before, Dad had been in good health. It took only a month at Conway to reduce him to near death. Fortunately, he survived…
