Great choice for our family

While the facility ended up not being the best fit for [name removed] mainly due to the distance from our house since I had become her main caregiver Everyone very helpful and supportive of her situation. Very grateful for all the nurses, they kept us informed always She had a medical emergency that required ambulance transport and we were notified immediately so I could meet her. Overall an excellent facility

Nice facility, clean with good amenities. Decorated nice, warm and homey feel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Only drawback is lack of licensed nurses after 7 pm. So if needs help with bedtime medication it's not available and meds have to be taken early. Staff great, very caring and supportive of both resident and family. I would recommend. My sister in law just ended up needing additional services fairly quickly after moving in

Wonderful Facility

My loved one feels comfortable and safe. The staff is wonderful and caring. They are extremely helpful to my loved one. The activities and meals are well thought out. The facility is clean and welcoming.

My loved one lived here for awhile. Housekeeping wasn't always timely. Our biggest issue was the pricing. It's a la carte vs a flat monthly rate. We put together a package in the beginning and were told the pricing wouldn't change. However, within 4 months the cost went up significantly and became unaffordable for us. We didn't expect that and were disappointed. Ultimately, we had to move our loved one to another facility that was more affordable.
