NOT Skilled to provide Memory Care

This is not a memory care facility! I moved my mother here on [date removed] and moved her out 2 months later. Cannot advise on the assisted living portion of the facility , however the memory care should not exist. The facility does not have the skilled personnel to handle dementia patients. In the two months that my mother was here I saw NO group activities. Residents constantly walking the hallway because of lack of stimulation. The overall experience, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, quality of care, meals and dining and activities have all been a great experience. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I thought the activities they planned including music and worship were great. We picked this community, because of the location and friendly staff as well as a great well kept facility.They took great care of her and we have nothing but good things to say about her stay there.

Going above and beyond

This facility has been good, things are going really well. My dad is still living at home and visits my step mom here often. If they haven't seen him visit, they call him and check on him to make sure he's ok. They just go above and beyond. Housekeeping is often (sometimes daily) and they do a great job. Communication with the family is good. The food is good, they have good quality and variety. They offer a variety of activities. It was too high class, and like a high end hotel. The cost was significantly higher. They did everything well, and it was nice.

A Great Resting Place and A Great Place for Your Loved One to Be, A Very Peaceful Place

We have an excellent experience here. The community was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took great care of my loved one. They had events, music, and more for activities for the residents to participate in. The meals were very good here. They have a good menu for the residents to choose from. Medication management, hygiene, dressing, and bathing assistance were some care the community was able to offer my loved one. I have recommend the community to several people since we left.
