Brookdale Greenwood Village

Our family's experience

My mom's experience at Brookdale has been good overall. Her room is spacious and clean. She has eaten well with all food included in her residency plan. I receive all monthly invoices in the mail, which is important for me to have that transparency. I receive monthly wellness check up calls where I can discuss any open issues or concerns.

I had a very nice tour and all my questions were very thoroughly answered. I was able to meet with several care providers and other staff members. The small memory care unit had a very nice layout and the rooms were laid out well. The common areas were also well appointed and there was access to the outdoor living space.

A full range of care is provided by Brookdale at Greenwood Village in a way that lowers the stress and daily responsibilities of residents. The food and activity offerings are really good.

Very Pleased with Services

I am very grateful for the wonderful care that my mother received while she was at Greendale for rehab after being in the hospital. The facility is very nice (all residents have a private room), and the services are excellent, including physical therapy, speech therapy, and activities available to residents. Brookdale Greenwood Village

The staff at Brookdale in Greenwood Village is amazing! They are kind and caring and take such good care of my dad. My dad tells me almost every time we talk how much he loves it which is the most important piece to our family ( and he’s not one to just say he likes something if he doesn’t). Positive experience

[name removed] was at assisted-living for about three days. He then wandered off and kind of got lost. So they had me use helping hearts at home or helping hands at home. I don't remember what your name was so that they could babysit him over the weekend and then they moved him to the skilled nursing facility. he was there for about 1011 days and he decided to get out and wander again only this time he was out on the highway.
