From the moment I stepped into Brookdale, I felt welcome and knew that my mom would also feel very welcomed and it would like home. Every staff member we came across was super friendly.

The residents and people are friendly and helpful. It could be better organized so that when you move in everything is in order. It was very piecemeal for my mom. I would recommend Brookdale to others.

Brookdale Highlands

[name removed] hated the place and I moved him out. Management was HORRIBLE! Minus 1. Those people took an extra $[removed]+ out of [name removed] account and I had to call Omnibus to get it back. They are awful! They are really nice when trying to get you in the place but once you are in management is non existent for any problems or solutions. I wouldn't put my dog in that place.

It was the nicest one that we visited. The Memory Care was really top-notch. And it was close to our house, which was really key so we could visit often

They don't respond and they charged my mother for services she wasn't getting nor did she need. She's moving! She also said the food is not good.

Brookdale Highlands experience

Brookdale -1. The worse experience I have ever encountered in the five months my mother was there. She was asked to leave because of her Alzheimer's aggitation. She was unhappy. The food was an embarrassment there. Untrained staff who in the weekends were on their phones the whole time. She is now in a deluxe memory care that is fantastic. She looks healthy , not one ounce of agitation there doctors decreased her medication).
