Positive[name removed] conducted the tour of the full facility, and he was gracious, very informative, and was clearly comfortable in his role. The residents knew him, the facility staff was respectful and welcoming, and the place was spotless. Absolutely set the standard for the rest of the retirement villages that the family as toured over the past 3 weeks.

I believe that the staff and care has improved since last March. They have always provided good care to my mom but now it seems they go above and beyond. So much so that she believes she works in the dining room and they let her set the tables for meals and assist when she asks.
