We relocated my mother to Brookdale Lakeway from out of state last summer. She had resided in an assisted living community for four years before moving to Brookdale, and we were apprehensive about how she would adjust to a new state and a new community. Mom & Dad’s Safe Home

No one wants to admit when they need to move into a place that can provide extra care and assistance. Children of parents are reluctant to push their parents into a safer living situation. The caring and empathetic staff, at all levels, here at Brookdale Senior Living in Lakeway TX, have worked overtime to make our parents feel loved, cared for, and safe. nice facility, caring staff

This facility is very nice, they have a lot of activities for residents and do field trips frequently. The grounds are well kept. The food is good. Nice-sized rooms. The staff is very caring. My mother really likes living there and expresses gratitude every time i see her.

I love living here! The care is excellent! I have no complaints. Thank you for all that you do!

Management and staff response to needs

I have been a resident for about one and a quarter years. There have been a number of problems due to weather and equipment failures. In all cases management made an exceptional effort to keep us fed and as comfortable as possible. I am impressed how friendly the staff is always with a greeting, most of the time with my name (I wish I had such a memory).
