PositiveI toured this community as part of my search for future care options, and I came away very impressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and never pressured. The team took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explain the services and care options, and walk me through the community at my own pace. The environment was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, positive atmosphere. I especially appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive everyone was throughout the visit. PositiveWe relocated my mother to Brookdale Lakeway from out of state last summer. She had resided in an assisted living community for four years before moving to Brookdale, and we were apprehensive about how she would adjust to a new state and a new community. The staff at Brookdale Lakeway could not have been more kind and accommodating. They listened to our concerns and questions, and were most accommodating. Our mother has adjusted well and is happy and content in her new home. The staff has been attentive and has pro…

They enjoy their meals in a restaurant style setting, and have many opportunities for extra activities and special parties! It is wonderful that there is such a c…

PositiveI have been a resident for about one and a quarter years. There have been a number of problems due to weather and equipment failures. In all cases management made an exceptional effort to keep us fed and as comfortable as possible. I am impressed how friendly the staff is always with a greeting, most of the time with my name (I wish I had such a memory). I have observed the care the staff provides to those who have special needs and those who have unexpected problems. I believe Brookdale is a very good retirement f…
