Brookdale Liverpool

[name removed] is a wonderful representative and easy to talk to. He is very good with the elderly. My Mom liked the community but wants more than a bedroom for herself - looking for an apartment.

I really liked what I saw at Brookdale Liverpool. Nowhere is perfect, but this looked pretty good. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about cost, procedure. I liked the quality of care i saw and the mission of Brooke ale Liverpool.

The staff were very friendly, and the residents were very welcoming. The facility is clean, offers lots of common spaces and activities for residents. Meal choices were good. The only downside was how small the studio rooms are.

I met with [name removed] who was friendly and informative. I like the small atmosphere, the availability of meals and a 24-hour administrative presence. The apartments were quite different. The studio was tiny, very different from my mother's current apartment. The 2nd was a good-sized room but so filled with stuff that it was overwhelming and hard to visualize nicely furnished.
