Our family’s experience at Brookdale Maltsberger was deeply concerning and heart breaking once my mother’s care needs increased due to an injury at their facility. This is a type B facility meaning they should be able to provide advanced, 24-hour care for individuals with limited mobility and dementia but we found the care severely lacking compassion and attentiveness. My mom does not have dementia but the place needs to be locked down for those that do however, the entrance doors were often left unlocked. My mom e…

Staff was friendly, attentive, and got to know each resident and their family. Experienced medical professionals during the day and night to handle medicines and emergencies. The facility itself is clean, fresh, and easy to navigate regardless of mobility issues. Each room has its own window, bathroom w shower, and its own AC unit. 3x meals a day made fresh, with juices and water readily available throughout the day. A great sunroom for family gatherings and a courtyard for some outdoor time.
