The staff is very nice. The bus/van take us many places. The special pasta night for the family, friends & residents was amazing. The public areas & our apartments are clean & odor free. However, we need games like bridge, canasta & mahjong. We need more outings like theaters, museums & flower gardens. Acoustics are terrible in the main meeting room (Atrium). The food is just so so. The vegetables are overcooked. While the meat is often overcooked. There is too much grease on the food/plate. I usually get paper na…

The activities were plentiful. The food was good. The fact that they'll check on me 3 times daily was the biggest selling point.

Needs some upkeep. Setting is beautiful. It probably is pretty when foliage is in bloom. Love all the wildlife.

Very nice facility!

Weekend service and food needs improvement. She pays to be escorted because of the wheelchair and elevator. Sometimes she has to wait 20 or more minutes. I can see 10 but not 20 or more. If that is the case I don't think she should necessarily pay for escort but that's my opinion. That's a long time to sit alone at the table being 91. Her shower is even with the rest of the bathroom. Toured this community last week and I’m still thinking about how bad I felt leaving there. The place has a musty odor and the carpets look like they haven’t been touched since 1980s. The rooms were upgraded though. The sales girl [name removed], was rushing and didn’t make me feel like she cared at all. I would never move my mom in here
