I love the aides and the staff. The activity coordinators do a fantastic job in keeping a very shy guy in the social mix. I'm also impressed with CenterWell, the homecare agency with whom Brookdale coordinates. They've been helpful in their communications, their evaluations, and the therapy providers (PT, OT) work so well with my uncle. The facility is lovely, so I have no worries about his physical comfort. I like the option of occasional meals with him in the wonderful bright dining room. With recent warm weather…

Our experience with A Place for Mom and with Brookdale Manlius is 5 stars! APFM was so responsive. The navigators understood our needs and worked quickly to assist us. Our Mom fell and broke her hip in December '25. Upon her return home, became immediately obvious that she could no longer stay safely at home. Brookdale Manlius review

The people are committed and great. The apartments are nice. The town is great. Food was ok. But to be fair my Aunt didn't eat much. Was very picky. The area were always clean and it seemed activity was high. Residents who I bumped into seemed very happy.

We moved Mom in within a week of touring Brookfield Manlius. She’s happy and healthy! Within the first day Mom was settled and felt comfortable. Thanks!

A safe place for your loved one

Their ability to keep family member from regular assisted to enhanced and most likely never have to go to nursing. You can just add on more and more care and they don't have to move.
