Most of the staff there are loving and caring, a couple are just doing their jobs. I think that in your area where you have the television that you should have some snacks that the patients could indulge in and also some cold drinks without having to ask somebody every time they would like to have something and maybe yes or no, they could get it.

The contact and phone numbers for the facility seem to be top secret. I have some important information that I need to share and cannot reach anyone. The emails they use do not receive mail and the phone number or email of the supervisor is not available to me.

Our experience has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They took the extra time to make sure my mom adjusted from independent living to assisted. The staff always contacts me if they have any concerns about my moms health .
