I think there should be more core staff available on weekends. Overall, they have been very good working with him. Everyone is pleasant and kind toward the residents. I think he is in a good place. Also, it's very clean and I never detect a urine smell.

The sales rep gave me all the information I needed along with virtual and in-person tours to make an informed decision. She even made two short videos that I could send to my Mom and my sister and brother so they could see what the place is like. I asked my Mom what she thought about Brookdale. She said… I think it’s great. When it’s meal time, they come and get me plus walk with me to the lunch room. Those who are in wheelchairs, the nurses and aids come and get them and walk with them.
