★★★★★
Positive[name removed] who we met with was so warm and upbeat. She gave us a lot of information about Clare Bridge, and conducted our tour. She also answered all our questions. The floor plan of the facility made sense. The individual living spaces were adequate. Staff were friendly. Residents looked well cared for. My husband (who will be the resident), my daughter (a Physical Therapist) and I (a retired Nurse Practitioner) liked what we saw.
★★★★★
PositiveVery organized and responsive to client needs. Good to have an advocate for client.

PositiveEvery one is always helpful and friendly, I don't know about the food it was struggling for a minute, I live in Texas so I don't know, Sundays it's more like a ghost town if you're looking for someone.
★★★★★
PositiveThis place has some of the friendliest most outgoing staff around. All staff calls residents by name from day one. Although assigned to units, staff visits and checks on residents that are not even their responsibility that day. Environment is very pleasant.

CriticalI have moved my Mom to another facility. The director and upper management are very open to discussing complaints and I had multiple meetings with them, but our issues were not remedied. Response times to call buttons are slow or no one comes at all. Services to be provided as part of the rental rate were not being done on a consistent basis. Level of Care assessments they say were needed were not performed consistently. The facility is very nice and clean and I ate there several times and the food I had was good.…
