PositiveA little pricey, but a nice place for mom.
They charge for everything. For example, my mom needed them to put compression socks on her in the am and remove before bedtime. They redid her assessment and started charging her for it. Even though it is not an everyday occurrence. They also need to take more field trips besides shopping. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The facility is clean and nice.

Ann Ciccarelli was the lady that gave us the tour and she did a fantastic job of showing us everything and explaining things to us. I have made a couple of calls to her and also came in for some measurements and she has always been very helpful. She has been very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk with. I will say the speed at which Brookdale got my mil in was lightening fast. In less than 24 hrs after asking for the nurse assessment, she was moving in. We had been in touch for months and when we finally reached the point of no other option, Brookdale came to the rescue. Nice facility, staff is very kind and helpful. Food is quite good. Medical staff is very good. Studio is a fine size. That's our only experience. The hair salon is so convenient. Activities my mil has participated in have been positive.
