They provide excellent care. Staff smiles and is happy. Residents look well groomed. Residents are out of their rooms everyday. They provide mind engaging activities throughout each and every day. They are wonderful. The staff is great. The activities are great. My mom says the food is great. It's typically pretty clean. I am so thankful for Brookdale the staff and the Bloom doctors for returning my mom's health around so much. My only complaint would be that the staff was not very understanding when she first got there and she was so disoriented and couldn't follow directions. They got pretty mad at her and at me. Response was very fast and we met about the tour the next day. I was so impressed with the loving kind environment that was displayed to all residents while I was learning about the community and care that’s provided there.
