PositiveBrookdale at North Glendale, a beautiful place at which I feel at peace having our mother live.
Our experience has been great so far. The staff is very friendly and competent. The place is beautiful, clean and bright. The food is delicious, fresh, and the portions are just right. They were the only place willing to work with us on the cost and services. Our mother is well taken care of and safe. They offer her many activities, not all are things she can do or understand but she enjoys sitting with the other residents and participating when she can.

I would have given them a 5 a few months ago, however there's been some changes with the director and a nurse I really liked. With the changes I'm taking a more conservative perspective, so a 3 or 3.5 currently. That could change if the replacements live up to my expectations, but I'm not holding my breath.

5 for all. They have been wonderful. The staff and I mean all of them get to know the family members as well as the residents. They have a wonderful activity program to keep the residents busy. When I take my sister out she doesn't recognize the outside of the building but she knows where she is once we go in.
