You need to make sure your loved one is getting proper care. They are hiring new leadership and now have a nursing coordinator so some items are improving but they need to set better expectations for care and train staff and hold them accountable.

We like that it is a small community at Brookdale. It is one level, so there are no stairs or elevators.

It's very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean, quiet and well designed for senior living. The activities and services are consistent and stimulating for this age group. We feel very good about our decision to go there.

I would tell others that the staff here really bonds with the residents, always going the extra mile for them. I would say that the staff majors in caring. The facility offers 3 different sizes of rooms depending on what you may need. The cable is available, but not much else.

1) I feel safe. 2) Everybody is superbly nice. 3) Staff works hard and aims to please. I feel respected. 4) I feel treated like a real person, not a persona.

I would tell others to make sure to be involved and communicate, they are responsive to whatever you ask - but be proactive with the communication.
