Brookdale was an excellent choice for my sister's needs. The family vibe starts with the comfy furniture on the front porch. Each hallway is a little community eating meals together each day. All the residents are addressed by staff using their first names with smiles and upbeat attitudes. The staff is exceptional. They are involved is all aspects of the residents lives by serving in many capacities. Its a happy place to be. There are all sorts of activities planned. Kind and caring staff!

Building was always clean and welcoming. Rooms were good size and staff kept them clean and tidy. Most staff were friendly. If you have questions, ASK! Keep good communications open with the staff. It just helps for an enjoyable and safe stay.

I was very impressed with the entire visit. My mother in law is choosing to wait until her lease is up in October to move. If there are still availabilities, that is where she would like to go. Thank you

5 except for the value. I don't realize they didn't work with the money when my dad was going to run out. That's why we moved to [community name removed]. They were willing to work with what dad brought in from his pension and sos and when I finally get the stupid VA crap going. I'm waiting on the the doctor that visited him to sign the papers. Great experience, when we didn't know what to expect, Brookdale was there

[name removed] was wonderful - strict, but pleasant and understanding. The Director position changed like three times while my ex-husband was at Brookdale. Only the first was noteworthy and I felt as he cared about patients and family.
