Brookdale is an amazing place with amazing people who work there. I would recommend it to anyone. I can't say enough about the people that work there. They went far and above to help me and my Mom.

PositiveWhile we ended up choosing a different location for mom, the decision was based more on geography than other factors. Brookdale would’ve been our only other choice, as they demonstrated great care and attention to the residents. Take a tour to see the kind of high bar they set. Our tour was unscheduled, so we got a “real” taste of a typical day. They are doing great work at Brookdale!

This is the best facility and people I have ever seen or heard of, in a sea of bad stories and examples, Brookdale is a wonderful, responsible, caring, outlier. CriticalMy father and I were in for a recent tour of facility, while they were accommodating with snacks the woman we met with made my father uncomfortable. She was more concerned with talking about pricing and pushing for a move in then getting to know my father. It appeared short staffed, although they were very welcoming. I do not believe they have housekeeping, the aides also do housekeeping as well as care for the people, which was concerning. I do not recommend.
