Disappointed

Moms not real happy no maintenance man no provided transportation the meals have gotten worse &slow service house cleaning is not efficient really letting me down as well I don't no who to talk to I figure they'll just tell me what I want to hear and I doubt if you can get any results either

Better than expected

The biggest negative is availability to transport to doctor appointments. Originally we were told they would transport. Now when I need help transporting they say they don't have full staff to do that.

Staff That Cares

The staff worked hard to overcome difficulties that they encountered about the time Mom moved in (frozen water pipes, the cook quit, and the maintenance man left). The staff works hard to show respect to the residents and make them feel that this is their home.

Ease of visitation and staffing was great. I would recommend to others.

Brookdale was great to work with. Stable staff that was great with the residents. It is definitely assisted living and can meet some nursing needs. I would probably not look at it as a nursing facility.

The people were very very nice. The rooms looked well kept. Residents seemed to be having fun in activities. Mom was comfortable while we were there.
