Staff is over the top. Very pleased with everyone from Top to bottom. One thing that has been so remarkable to me about the staff is that it doesn't matter what their title is if there is a need in memory care they are there, day or night, helping do anything from cleaning the carpet after an accident to helping serve food to hands on care for a resident or assisting family members. Do not recommend

We've had an awful experience. Activities and events are great and some staff are dependable, but I regret ever suggesting this place for my loved one. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt at first since it had just opened, but over time it became obvious nothing was going to improve. Thankfully we had a video monitoring system in her room, otherwise we never would have known everything was happening. Simple parts of the care plan have not been followed for the entire year she’s been there – including hygiene…

Our Families Experience

I would give each category a 5. Dad was only there for 5 months before he passed, but he received excellent care. Somehow the staff even managed to get him to join in activities! That was a miracle!! I would absolutely recommend them.
