Has lots of room for improvement.

My Mom's room was unkept on several occasions; fences was on a wall outside a resident's room for 24 hours and when I called it to an employee's attention, she mentioned housekeeping, which is not available on a daily basis, it was only taken care of because I mentioned it being there 24 hours & it was a health issue; caregivers do the laundry so the service is not always completed when scheduled. The staff are very friendly and very engaged. The people that live there are very friendly and engaged. They have made repairs that were needed promptly.

This was a virtual tour with pictures and videos. I currently live in Texas and will schedule an In Person Tour in the future. The information I received from Brookdale was great and very informative. I will definitely tour this location this summer when I travel to Florida.

I would recommend it. Best for a really older person mid 80's and up. Most here navigate the halls on scooters which is dangerous (look out at the corners, these are speed demons) and if one is walking, a plain nuisance if you are stuck behind them. There are many here in nineties and over 100. I would recommend, only if they are extroverts or morning people. Staff were very helpful and things seemed very organized. I liked how the facility was sectioned into the different levels of care but all under one roof. Residents were out and about mingling with each other. There appeared to be a strong sense of community.
