Not suitable for [name removed] for respite care. Spring Meadows requires a minimum of 6 months for respite care. Therefore we didn't learn specifics.

Very grateful for Brookdale's quality of care and making us feel like family

From the first contact with Brookdale to the last, everyone was amazing. I knew that my brother was going to get the assistance he needed. I had to get back home to Oregon to take care of our mom. Having him at Brookdale made it easier for me since I couldn't stay in Montana as long as he needed me too.

Transition

The staff went above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. I would recommend to others.

Brookdale Springmeadows review

Brookdale Soring meadows did a superb job of caring for my sister, who did not make things easy for them. The staff was incredibly warm and caring, always responsive, and was very easy to deal with. I was thousands of miles away but had complete faith that my sister was appropriately cared for, so I recommend the facility highly.

Improvements needed in number of staff to complete tasks at the level they pay for

We chose this facility because of the location and the fact they accepted pets and my dad had looked at it before and was pleased. Maybe if they don't have a cook , or cleaning,helper (staff)for the weekend or whenever, they get a small discount for the month. They need more staff.

Very Nice Staff

Every staff member has been very helpful, cordial, and extremely prompt. When we have asked for assistance, someone is there in less than 5 minutes. The "culture climate" at Brookdale Springmeadows is consistently very positive, cheerful, and welcoming. Problems or difficulties are solved by staff in a coordinated manner, very considerate and patient.
