Caring staff

I can only speak to the memory care unit where mom lives. The caregivers are awesome. Lots of pre-med and nursing students work there while going to college. The private room is nice. The food is not as good as the previous facility.

Friendly kind staff. Would recommend

The best caregivers we have seen. They understand and care about the residents. It is a lovely facility. They need to maintain the memory care furnishings and lighting up to the same standard as the AL and IL sections. The food is fine but nothing special.

What we like the most about The Springs is that they have always had Grace with my uncle's personality. Friendly and helpful. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families! It is a place to honor your loved ones

The Springs is amazing! My grandmother lives in the independent side so that's what I can speak more too. She was very resistant to move in when she was no longer able to live at home but within a few months, every time she saw me, she was thanking me for finding The Springs for her!
