I think our loved one was dealing with them in a transitional phase including management and staff turnover, but during that phase there was plenty of issues including missing clothing and lax care

It was always clean, mom was always kept clean. Well cared for. She was always clean well fed and was always out with the group doing activities. All the patients were encouraged to join in all the activities. They all loved doing them. They weren't just stuffed in a corner to sit and do nothing all day. The food OMG the food was fresh and delicious. They didn't have these pre made meals frozen out of a box.

All the staff play an Intricate part of making sure that your loved one is comfortable, safe and given that feeling of being loved.
