With trained caregivers on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to any emergencies, you can rest easy knowing support is readily available when you need it. A 24-hour security system is also in place to provide additional protection and peace of mind. From medication management, therapy, and personalized dementia care; to assistance with bathing, dressing, and more; we work with each resident and family to create a care plan with tailored services. Best of all, you’ll never pay for a service you don’t need or use. In addition to care, residents receive three homemade meals with nutritious ingredients crafted daily by the culinary team. We encourage you to invite friends and family members over to enjoy restaurant-style dining in the private dining room, and join us for an activity after! You can also take advantage of community perks like the fitness center, the library, the snack shop, and our game room, any time you like. With varying sizes and styles, we’ll work with you to find what you’re looking for. Some of our deluxe apartments measure more than 1,500 sq. ft. All apartments feature spacious closets, and large windows for plenty of natural light. Some even include a private balcony! Care Types Offered Brookdale Trinity Towers is a Type B assisted living facility . In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities: Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted. Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair. Type C (Adult Foster Care): Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program.
