Brookdale Union Hills

[ Name Removed] was very helpful showed me around the place was very clean and I like the way it was set up into the neighborhoods that they have here there’s four different neighborhoods. The people here seem to be enjoying themselves. They helped me with all the procedures that I needed to go through on filling out paperwork, they were very helpful completely [ Name Removed] was also I talked to and she helped me very much. Very good people. I enjoyed them a lot.

Conscientious care, personnel, would recommend.

All in all everything is great. However, clothes tend to get lost pretty frequently. Meaning, when laundry is done or they leave a sweater in the common areas, it's not getting returned to its rightful owner. Even though we put labels on everything aside from that everything's great.

Amazing community

Food is EXCELLENT. Homemade from scratch- excellent variety and quality. My loved one talks about the food constantly. The Staff has been very attentive.
