[Name Removed] from Brookdale was very helpful and informative and went above and beyond to help meet our needs. Facility was very clean and pleasant. Rooms in memory care were spacious and very nice. I would recommend them others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Very pleasant and informative. Sales person did a good job taking us on a tour of the facility and explaining the available options. We observed several residents engaged in a group game. Lunch had just been serviced and the atmosphere seemed very friendly. The facility overall was clean and orderly. Looks very nice, everyone seems pretty happy and the staff is courteous, considerate, and professional. I think this would be a good fit for my 95 year old veteran Dad.

residents gave me a warm welcome. Rooms, both public & private, were clean & nicely decorated. The staff was friendly &professional. Liked the inner courtyard, smaller appliances in the units, and layout of bathrooms.

We feel that my father was sedated the whole time he was there when he went in there he was fine and like two days later he was like a zombie. I just don't feel like it was right so my mother decided to take him home and get someone to come in the house and take care of him. Within 24 hours of him being back at home I'll talk to you everything he was 50% more awake than he has been since he went to Brookdale. That's just our experience and we definitely would not recommend you to anyone
